Temporary Post until end of March 2008, with possible extension for
further 12 months should funds become available (Funded by the
London Regional Hub)

Salary UKP24,477 per annum

The Horniman Museum <URL:http://www.horniman.ac.uk> is offering an
excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual
to work on natural history collections designated for inclusion in
the re-furbishment of the Natural History Gallery.  Applicants
should have either a recognised qualification in object conservation
or experience in the conservation of a wide range of natural history
specimens.  You must have good range of skills which encompass the
care, documentation and conservation of a wide variety of organic
and inorganic objects from a museum environment. Training will be
given in specialised aspects of natural history conservation.
