Consolidation of acrylic paintings

I am working on a large (12 feet by 15 feet) acrylic on canvas
painting. It painting is seriously flaking and has many cracks and
losses in the paint layer. The painting is primed and is done in a
partial impasto technique. Kindly suggest the most appropriate
consolidant as the entire painting needs consolidation.
Unfortunately the painting is extremely sensitive to organic
chemicals such as toluene, petroleum ether, ethanol and propanol and
also to heat.
