Job Description:  Works with the Preservation Officer to plan,
coordinate and advise on the preservation and rehabilitation of a
variety of archival records, and ensures that records receive
preservation work in a systematic manner. Prioritizes
records/collections identified as requiring treatment; applies
conservation treatments performed in the Lab and develops or updates
conservation policies and procedures; implements holdings
maintenance projects; maintains environmental monitoring, disaster
response and IPM programs; serves as first level supervisor having
overall responsibility for the activities of approximately 10
technicians, including developing productivity standards, initiating
work measurement or other systems studies, compiling statistical
data on work performed and recruiting and training personnel.

Salary Range:  $52,912.00 - $68,787.00
