Letraset

A large folded map with dry-transfer media was recently brought into
our lab for treatment. The dry-transfer media, commonly known by its
trade name Letraset, is deteriorated and lifting from the paper,
with the clear carrier film separating from the media. I have
researched dry-transfer media, but have been unable to find any
information on it.

Does anyone have experience with this product, or done research on
Letraset or any other dry-transfer media?
