The Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI), a special operating
agency of the federal Department of Canadian Heritage, is pleased to
announce that the CCI Library web catalogue is available on its web
site at <URL:http://www.cci-icc.gc.ca>

The conservation and museology collections of over 10, 000 books and
400 journals are unique in Canada. Photocopies of conference papers
and articles from journals and books, for use in research and
private study in compliance with copyright law, are available to
Canadian and international clients if the original material cannot
be obtained in their area. The CCI Library lends books and videos to
Canadian and American libraries through the inter-library loans
system. Direct loans are available to Canadian heritage
organizations ( e.g. museums, archives) without library services of
their own. However, the heritage organizations must first register
with the CCI Library. For more information please contact the CCI
Library or visit our web site.
