Interim Meeting of the ICOM-CC Working Group on Graphic Documents
March 7-10, 2001

The next Interim Meeting of the ICOM-CC Working Group on Graphic
Documents will be held from the 07th to the 10th of March 2001 at
the EVTEK Institute of Art and Design/Department of Conservation
Studies in Vantaa, Finland.

The meeting will consist of two days of presentations as well as
excursions to Finnish conservation workshops and paper mills. A day
trip to Tallinn in Estonia is also planned with a visit to the Kanut
Conservation Centre and to the conservation department of the
Estonian National Library.

Proposals for papers and posters to be presented at the meeting
(summary of maximum 500 words) should be sent to the co-ordinator of
the Graphic Documents Working Group, Dr. Jan Wouters, by the 15th of
January 2001, at the following address:

after the 15th of January 2001.

The EVTEK Institute of Art and Design is only 15 minutes from the
centre of Helsinki by inter-city train; trains run approximately
every 10 minutes. Within walking distance from the EVTEK Institute
are several inexpensive restaurants offering good food in plentiful
portions. A buffet lunch offering soup, meat, fish, salads and
coffee, tea or milk will cost about 45 FIM or about 7.50 Euros.

Rooms must be reserved before the 15th of January 2001 and are
reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Any reservations which
are not made via the enclosed hotel registration form by the 15th of
January will have to be made directly to the hotel and accommodation
cannot be guaranteed.
