Additives in polypropylene

In a statement from a polypropylene film supplier, phenol/phosphite
based antioxidants at approximately 1000 ppm are listed as an
additive. Can anyone tell me anything about this type of antioxidant
( or where I can find it for myself) and whether the quantity is
what should be expected.
