Preliminary Registration / Call For Papers The 8th ICOM-CC WOAM meeting will be held on the 11th -15th of June 2001, at the National Heritage Board (Riksantikvarieambetet) in Stockholm, Sweden. The program will consist of four days of presentations followed by a one-day excursion. The evening entertainment will include a reception at the City Hall and an extraordinary visit to the Vasa museum with an unique chance to go onboard the ship. The excursion will be a day-trip by boat through the archipelago of Stockholm followed by dinner on one of the islands. The conference fee is 1200 Swedish crowns The last day for the preliminary registration is the 31st of October 2000. Please Note: Sweden will be chair for the EU proceedings during the first half of 2001 which means that many of the hotels in Sweden will be booked. Given the high hotel rates in Stockholm it is therefore recommended that you apply as soon as possible in order to find reasonably priced accommodations. The official conference language will be English.
