Preservation Management Institute

Rutgers University is now accepting applications to its acclaimed
Preservation Management Institute. This program is designed for
working professionals who want more in-depth education in
preservation and some guidance in conducting preservation activities
in your own institution. The Institute includes a week of classes
in November 2000, a second week in April 2001, and a final week in
August 2001. Between sessions you will complete assignments and
submit them to the instructor. The three weeks of classes include
field trips and numerous expert guest lecturers.

On a scale of 1 (low) to 5 (high), the participants from eight
states who attended the last session of this program rated it a 4.9.
