Job Duties: Repair general collection materials. Assist in
collection emergency response procedures. Monitor workflow and
quality control. Maintain tools and work area. Additional duties for
Senior Bookmender: Determine appropriate treatments. Train student
workers. Respond to conservation inquiries.

Required qualifications: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and
ability to perform conservation treatments efficiently to
departmental standards. Additional required qualifications for
Senior Bookmender: Substantial work experience in collections
conservation.
