The Washington Conservation Guild's February meeting will be held on Thursday, Feb. 3, with the reception starting at 5 pm and the lecture at 5:45. It will be held at the Library of Congress, Mumford Room, on the 6th Floor of the Madison Building at 101 Independence Ave., SE. The lecture heading is "Recent Activities in the Conservation Division, Library of Congress." The three talks will cover the Treatment of Photo Albums (Mary Wooten, Senior Book Conservator), Emergency Planning (Ann Seibert, Senior Paper Conservator) and Treatment of Laminated Manuscripts (Heather Wanser, Senior Paper Conservator).
