Food products in museum collections

I am a third year Conservation and Restoration student at De
Montfort University, Lincoln. For my final dissertation I am
researching food products in museum collections, its deterioration,
conservation and display. I would be very interested to hear from
anyone who has food products in their collection, experience of
controlling environmental conditions or conserving such artefacts.
