Regarding the preservation of ink jet prints, may I direct you to a 
research paper that is just being put up on the web as I write this. 
It is called "The Preservation of Ink Jet Hardcopies", and it was a 
paper I wrote for a masters degree at Rochester Institute of 
Technology. It can be found at the web site of the European
