Assistant Conservator The Oriental Institute, University of Chicago (Search Re-opened) The Oriental Institute Museum of the University of Chicago is seeking a full-time, permanent, assistant conservator of archaeological materials to work in a small but busy laboratory under the supervision of the Conservator. Responsibilities include the treatment and maintenance of an extensive collection of ancient Near Eastern artifacts. Applicants should have a graduate degree in conservation or the equivalent, with three years additional post-graduate experience preferred. Experience with large scale objects an advantage.
