Conservation of craft objects

Has anyone come across
conservation literature dealing specifically with the Conservation
of Craft Objects?  There is plenty on the crafts, such as building
crafts, used in conservation, and also on the general care of
collections, but what about conservation of objects made by crafts
people? This might include understanding craft materials, use of
craft objects, traditional methods of preserving/restoring craft
objects etc.
