Tinted varnishes

We are interested in learning about the tinting of Acryloid B-72
varnish with Ciba Geigy or other aniline dyes.  Does anyone have
experience with this? Has anyone airbrushed this solution onto a
painting as a varnish or as a form of inpainting?
