Marine archeology facility

a ship thought to be Blackbeard's flagship The Queen Anne's Revenge
off the Outer Banks of North Carolina has stimulated interest in
underwater archeology here.  Betty McCain, Secretary of Cultural
Resources, is in favor of building a $6-million conservation
