Electronic Media Group draft bylaws

The Electronic Media Group of the American Institute for
Conservation has posted DRAFT bylaws for review by the membership
at:

We are soliciting comments and suggestions prior to the AIC Annual
Meeting in St. Louis.  If you are a member of EMG please go to the
web site and review the posting. Please note that there is language
in the bylaws that does indicate that the document is temporary, and
that it is expected that it will evolve.

We are also seeking candidates for the positions on the executive
council of the EMG.  Please respond to Sarah Stauderman
(stauderman [at] earthlink__net) if you would like to participate, or if
you have suggestions of others who might participate.

Finally, please join EMG if you are interested in the mission of the
group.
