Canvas stencil

I recently removed a deteriorated glue lining from an 18th-19th
Century painting.  On the reverse of the lining canvas was a stencil
with a pair of scissors, thread and bobbins (?), along with several
words which cannot be read.  If anyone has any information on this
stencil mark, it would be greatly appreciated.
