Subject: AIC Annual Meeting exhibit hall
AIC Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall, June 1999, St. Louis The American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC) is holding its 27th Annual Meeting June 8-13, 1999 at the Adams Mark Hotel in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. An exhibit hall, featuring suppliers of conservation products and services, will be open to over 1,000 meeting participants Thursday, June 10 through Saturday, June 12, 1999. AIC's meeting attendees are practicing conservators at cultural institutions and in private practice, museum curators, administrators, librarians, archivists and art historians. These varied professionals have one important thing in common; they are purchasing decision-makers. If you manufacture or distribute conservation products or provide conservation services, the AIC exhibit hall is the perfect venue to gain new clients! The cost to exhibit at the meeting is $1,050, which includes exhibit booth, skirted display table and two chairs, identification sign and meeting registration fees for two company representatives. We will be accepting exhibit contracts through April 30, 1999.
