Electronic Media Group

Speakers and talk titles for the upcoming Electronic Media Group
session in St. Louis have been posted on the Group home page at
<URL:http://bosartconserv.com/emg/>. Held in conjunction with the
AIC annual meeting, this session will take place on June 11, 1999.
This will be the EMG's first meeting under its new status as a
specialty group within AIC.  In addition, the EMG will also hold is
second Imaging Roundtable in St. Louis (see the www page for
details).

As a new Specialty Group, EMG is actively encouraging the AIC
membership to join the group.  AIC members interested in the
Electronic Media Group should be sure to respond to the recent AIC
membership mailing by indicating their desire to become a member.
Annual dues for the group are $15 for AIC members.  Non-AIC members
are also encouraged to join the EMG.  They should contact the AIC
office (infoaic [at] aol__com)  for more information (in addition to the
EMG dues noted above, non-AIC members will need to join AIC and pay
AIC dues).  At this early stage in the group's development,
membership dues are especially important so the group can reimburse
expenses for guest speakers and pay for the occasional rental of
audio / visual equipment such as video projectors and computer
displays.
