Bergen Museum of Art includes the Rasmus Meyer collection, the
Stenersen collection and the Bergen Billedgalleri. The collections
totals approximately 6000 works of art on paper.

The museum has an opening for a qualified Paper Conservator.

This position will entail all aspects of museum conservation. This
means taking part in preparations for loans, courier assistance,
surveys, environmental evaluations etc. as well as conservation
treatments.

The applicants should have a degree in conservation from a
recognized training program and at least two years experience after
training. We are interested in candidates who are creative and feel
confident working independently.

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Bergen
