Disaster plans for herbaria

Are there any herbaria with disaster recovery plans?  Roberta
Thorburn of the Australian Botanic Gardens in Canberra, Australia is
currently looking to develop a plan which will cover their herbarium
as well as their library. She would appreciate feedback from anyone
who has developed such a plan or guidance to any sources which may
