Mold in paste

I think there was an AIC talk with slides of mold beginning to grow
in "fresh" paste. There was information about how quickly, and under
what circumstances, mold started infiltrating paste that was being
used for treatments.  I've looked in the AIC Preprints and in AATA
but can not find this talk.  Does anyone know who did this
presentation?
