Conference on protection of cultural property

The National Conference On Cultural Property Protection, which
addresses the issues of security, fire protection, safety,
facilities management, disaster/emergency planning/preparedness in
all cultural institutions, and The International Cultural Property
Protection Exposition, which presents products and services in these
areas, will be held 9-12 February 1998 just outside of Washington,
D.C.  This 22 year old Conference is sponsored by the Smithsonian
Institution and offers information and assistance to Cultural
Professionals in all disciplines.
