Fluorescence of synthetic resins

Agnis Obussier, student at IFROA/Paris (restoration of paintings)
asked me the following question:

    Que sait-on sur la fluorescence des resines synthetiques de
    restauration de peinture aux UV?

After an internet search, I suggested mailing to Consdist. Her question is
preparatory for her diploma next year:

    Has anyone information about the fluorescence properties of
    synthetic resins employed in restoration workshops?
