Publication on thermographic papers

On October 9, 1997, Ian Batterham inquired into the status of IPC
and publication of "Thermographic Papers."

The Institute for Paper Chemistry (IPC) moved from Appleton,
Wisconsin, USA to Atlanta, Georgia, USA in the late 1980's.  At that
time, the name of the institution was changed to the Institute of
Paper Science and Technology, Inc.  (IPST, Inc.).
