Subject: Board creaser
I am considering purchasing a Phase Box Maker from the Hollinger Corporation for the Conservation Lab at Colgate University. We make approximately 200 of these boxes a year for our collections. For the past 10 years we have made them using our board shears and hand tools. I have considered this purchase in the past and always decided the item was too expensive. However, I am thinking about it again and would appreciate any comments others might have on the use of this machine, or about possible alternatives. I am especially interested in the time factor and how well it actually works, but I am also concerned about the fun element. I rely heavily on student labor. If this is an amusing tool I would be grateful for that information. *** Conservation DistList Instance 11:30 Distributed: Monday, September 29, 1997 Message Id: cdl-11-30-021 ***Received on Friday, 26 September, 1997
