Repairing gravestones

I've had a question posed to me by a member of the public that wishes to
know if the information on a web page about cleaning gravestones is
appropriate.

    <URL:http://www.moonrakers.com/repair.htm>

As a conservator, I know the techniques and approach described in
the document are inappropriate. I am trying to determine if one
product mentioned is at all suitable for consolidation of a
limestone grave site. The writer lists a water-based polymer
(styrene butadiene) that has been recommended and used in building
restoration projects in England. This is not my area of expertise,
but we have a very interested web-surfing public, and this kind of
information is *out there* Thanks to anyone who investigates this
site and answers. Regards,
