Consolidation of outdoor soapstone rock formation

We are involved in a project, trying to find consolidants for use on
outdoor natural soapstone rock formations directly on the ground,
sporadically decorated with prehistoric rock carvings. The
environment conditions, the soapstone is experiencing, is a
Scandinavian climate with rain, sun, and bitter frost during the
winter.

Does anyone have experience with materials such as Mowilith DM772 or
Mowilith 9742S for such a problem. If so, which one to prefer. Or
are there better alternatives for that purpose.
