The program includes hands-on experience and teaches skills for: * planning reformatting projects * selecting and preparing materials * selecting and evaluating a vendor * microfilm and imaging technology * inspection and quality control * evaluating digital imaging for preservation Registration must be received by August 22, 1997. Attendance is limited to 15 participants accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. The price of the workshop is $225.
