Take this anecdotal information for what it is worth. When I started using Brillianize 30 years ago, I was told that the it left a coating of wax on the Plexiglas as an antistatic agent. Over years of use I have had no reason to question this bit of information because it acted like wax, making the surface more glossy and somewhat slicker when buffed with the appropriate cloth. In addition, lit was easy to remove for some time. If I put it on too thinly, it left visible spots; these went away if I reapplied with more liquid. I have never analyzed Brillianize. For that information I would contact CCI (613-998-3721) to see if they have done an analysis of Brillianize.
