Sharpening board shears

I have a similar problem to that recently posed by Terry Belanger.
Can anyone recommend the name and a contact address or number for a
company (preferably in Toronto, Ontario area) which will provide
servicing of board trimmers.  Our lab has a floor-standing heavy
duty Kutrimmer model 110/U which is 15+ years old.  It requires
sharpening and repair or replacement of some of the cutting parts. I
have not been able to find anyone by going through the local yellow
pages.

Alternatively, has anyone found another make of floor-standing board
cutter to be very good.  I may have to replace this one entirely.
