Founders' Library Request For Proposal:

Regent University School of Law invites proposals from qualified and
committed consultants for the development of a strategic plan to
efficiently and effectively preserve the Founder's Collection
through microfilming and digitization, stabilize and protect each
volume against further deterioration, and allow unlimited public
access to the collection via the internet.

Proposal requirements, qualifications for applicants, contact
information and a one page nutshell description of the Founders'
