The following topics will be presented: The conservator-restorer's responsibility towards the cultural heritage Intellectual property and author's rights. Professional confidentiality Contract of employment for the conservator- restorer, for trainees Safety regulation of the activity, health protection in the workshop and outside on the worksites Professional relation and types of contracts between the conservator-restorer and private and public owners. The congress will be ended by a debate on: The conservator-restorer's professional status.
