Gloss and matt media for use with powder pigments

This week I contacted Daler-Rowney in London to order
Rowney Acrylic Gloss and Matt Media.  I was informed
that the products would no longer be available, no
other products had been substituted and that possibly
they might be replaced by products from the System 3
range but that at present no decision had been made
by marketing. Therefore I would be grateful if you
would let me know what media (Trade Name,
Manufacturer etc) you use with powder pigments along
with any comments. I am prepared to digest and collate
the information and post it to the list. Many thanks,
