Subject: Imacs User's Guide
I am seeking information on Imacs User's Guide (for identification of historic artifacts). I have a xerox copy of some of the sections but no information as to publisher, availability, etc. I want to obtain a complete guide, but all I have to go on is title at bottom of pages "Imacs User's Guide/April 1989". Any leads appreciated Gina D. Please respond directly to sender. At Colgate University Library, I have been using an in-house binding system for newsletters, reports, etc., using the Brodart 810 Binding System, which has been in our library for about 15 years. It has worked very well, using heavy pressboards for covers. But, the machine is constantly breaking lately and I would like to replace it, as it is expensive to fix. This machine costs approx $3200. Does any other library have any suggestions to another in-house binding system, less expensive and easier to use (the Brodart uses plastic tacks and a heat machine to melt them). Thanks very much for any suggestions, Nancy Taub *** Conservation DistList Instance 10:67 Distributed: Monday, January 27, 1997 Message Id: cdl-10-67-016 ***Received on Thursday, 23 January, 1997
