Polyvine acrylic varnish

Has anyone used Polyvine Ltd Acrylic Varnish, dead flat?  I am
considering it as the final coating over decorative painting (latex)
in an historic building but have no technical information, yet. In
its favor it is quite matte and has low VOC.  The label also
indicates it is non-yellowing. While I await technical info from the
manufacturer I was hoping to hear from those who have experience
with it.
