Tyvek

Some of the techniques described at the Monday session of AIC
incorporated tyvek into the book structures. Does anybody know, has this
been determined to be a stable material? Are there different grades
and/or weights of tyvek? It's been suggested as a means of attaching
boards to each other before being put on the book but the students want
to know if it is a conservationally sound material.
