Contract microfilm preparation

Please send any experience-based advice on contracting out preparation
activities associated with producing preservation microfilm, i.e,
searching, collation, queuing, and target production, to Paula De
Stefano, Head, Preservation Department, New York University:
destefan [at] elmer1__bobst__edu.  I'm specifically interested in workflow
efficiency when these activities are performed outside of the library,
