Nonaqueous deacidification

Walter:  About Wei T'o and/or "deacidification solution" you refer to in
note to C. L. Payne,  What specifically does "roll your own" mean?  Can
you give the formula(s)?

    This was widely distributed at workshops around the country.  I
    would imagine it is still available.  If not, get back to me. Before
    you get excited, though, check out the price of 1,1,2
    trichloro-1,2,2 trifluoroethane:  $112/4L from Fisher.  Still want
    to roll your own?
