Ink

From: John Chalmers <jpchalmers>
Date: Tuesday, June 30, 1992
The Forensic uses of ink were discussed by Antonio A. Cantu of the U.S.
Secret Service at a Forgery Conference in Houston in November, 1989....
In addition to the information about ink formulas being changed about
every 3.5 years, he also discussed PAPER watermarks and batch tracing as
a forensic device: modern watermark images contain subtle periodically
introduced differences, and the paper pulp itself has a uniquely
identifiable chemical or other characteristic or mark, periodically
changed.
