Wet dry vacuums

Our library is interested in purchasing wet/dry vacuums to use in
response to water disasters.  We are looking at "PowerMax" Hoovers and
also at models made by Tornado.  What experience have other libraries
had with brands, models, capacity, powerheads (hp)?
