Color microforms

Prince Di has a new dress, or Academic Microforms' new advertisement.

ACADEMIC MICROFORMS' new advertisement for color reproduction of
heraldic manuscripts reads:

"COLOUR. Our special knowledge and experience in the production of
colour microforms is widely acknowledged and we have advised the
British Standards Institution (BSI) and the International Standards
     Organization (ISO)."

Am I missing something? Reading-in implication that color film meets
BSI and ISO standards? (I know of none.) Or, is this a bit like an
exercise in logic, where the first two propositions are true: "Peter has
a dog, and the dog's name is Peter. (Peter IS a dog!)?
