    **** Moderator's comments:   hilary, am I missing something? what is
    the 'new identity'? as far as Ive been aware, elvace 1874 has been a
    vinyl acetate- ethylene copolymer in the ph5 neighborhood for a
    least several years. and more to the point, what is the problem? w
