    From a technical point of view, the Orion Model 811 is one of the
    best over-all choices for needs at all levels.  Other cheaper meters
    may be suitable in certain situations.  If you wish additional
    information, we would need more specific detailed information on the
    anticipated uses and available money for purchase.
