SENIOR RECORDS ANALYSTS
National Archives and Records Administration
San Bruno, California, and Laguna Niguel, California
The National Archives and Records Administration is seeking two Senior Records Analysts to promote the establishment and development of active and continuing records management programs in Federal agencies in Arizona, California, and Nevada. The successful candidates will provide assistance in the management of agencies' records in all formats and media, particularly electronic records. They will operate with a substantial degree of independence and will need:
� extensive experience in records, archival and information management (particularly records analysis, appraisal and disposition)
� significant skill in the management of electronic records created in an office environment
� the application of computer technology to records management, and
� strong communication skills.
These positions will be filled at the GS-13 level, which pays between $60,818 and $79,063 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area, and between $59,786 and $77,720 in Orange County. The positions will be based at the NARA regional records facilities in San Bruno and Laguna Niguel.
There are several identical vacancies under the same announcement. They will be based in NARA facilities in College Park, MD, Philadelphia, PA, East Point, GA, Chicago, IL, Dayton, OH, Kansas City, MO, and Denver, CO. Pay in those localities is between $53,700 and $69,900 per year (plus locality adjustment).
