LAST has two chemicals for audio tapes. One is a lubricant and the other
counters sticky-shed. Both work on acetate and polyester. They do not work
on videotapes because the video heads wipe the chemical off the surface.
I first found out about LAST back in the days of LPs. Maybe you can obtain
a
list of LAST chemicals and post it to this Listserv.
You have to be more specfic about what you mean by "plasticiser".
