Steve asked about small drive belts.
Check with Small Parts Inc. in Florida.  I think they have a web page now.
They sent me a catalog some years back and have a wide variety of
experimental parts including belts and chain drives, gears, and associated
items.
Also, MCM Electronics a distributor caters to recorder repair trade of
various formats.

I vetted my older catalog files and do not have the current one at hand for
MCM.  But for all things technical, if they have a web site, it is easily
found by going to <google.com> and using that powerful and focused search
engine.
