The use of outside air in archival systems of course can vary the humidity,
and why make your dehumidification systems work harder by taking in outside
air at its natural condition?

You probably, should mix in air that has been pretreated to remove ambient
water vapor at those times of the year that you have outside warm and humid
counditions.

At the time you have the -25 degrees, the concern with "fresh" air is not the
same, but you don't want winter heating smoke!
